大阪府に発出中の緊急事態宣言が、6月20日まで延長されることが決定しました。

    本学では、遠隔授業を併用しつつ、対面授業を中心とした授業運営を行ってきましたが、大阪府からの大学に対する要請に従い、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大防止に努めるため、6月20日（日）まで下記のとおり対応いたします。
   学生、関係者の皆様におかれましては、何卒ご理解いただき、ご協力いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
   当該対応については、今後の新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況により期間を変更する可能性もありますので、予めご了承ください。

1. キャンパスへの入構について
   キャンパスへの不要不急の入構は禁止とします。
   ただし、遠隔授業の受講に際し、学内のMELOPやパソコン教室等の利用を希望する場合等は、各入構管理場所において体温確認・手指消毒を行い、検温済証明リストバンドを装着し、入構管理簿に目的・時間等を記入のうえ、許可することといたします。
2. 前期ならびに第1・第2ターム（6/20まで）の授業について
   上記期間における授業は、原則としてWEBを活用した遠隔授業で実施いたしますが、一部の演習・実技・実習科目等は、必要に応じて対面授業を実施します。
   授業実施方法等については、各授業科目のOGU-Caddieを確認してください。
3. 学内施設の利用について
   遠隔授業の受講環境として学内施設（MELOP、パソコン教室、図書館）を授業時間に合せて9時00分～17時30分まで開放いたします。また、ポケットWiFi、ノート型パソコン（学内での使用に限る）をMELOPで貸出します。
4. 課外活動について
   クラブ・サークルの活動は原則禁止といたします。
   ただし、所属する連盟等が主催する公式戦に出場する団体については、連盟等の方針を確認し、指導者が常時立ち合いのもと安全面が確保できる環境での活動に限り最少人数での活動を認めます。
5. 行動ガイドライン
   学生の皆様には、感染を拡大させないための行動を強く求めます。
   引き続き、学生一人ひとりが、高い意識と自覚を持って行動することを切に望みます。

   4人以下でのマスク会食を徹底してください。

   （2）

   営業時間短縮を要請した時間以降、飲食店等にみだりに出入りをしないでください。

   （3）

   歓送迎会を控えてください。

   （4）

   体温測定、健康チェックを毎日実施し、「発熱等風邪の症状がみられる場合」「罹患の疑いがある場合」「疑いのある方と濃厚接触があった場合」は通学をせず、検査を受診してください。

   （5）

   感染リスクの高い環境を避けるようにしてください。

   （6）

   「マスクの着用」「手洗い・手指消毒」「身体的距離の確保」を心掛けてください。

   一人ひとりが自覚ある行動をとりましょう！

   ※新型コロナウイルス感染症に感染した場合、感染の疑いがある場合は、学生課（保健センター）まで必ず連絡してください。

   今後も感染拡大の状況の推移により変更が生じる場合は、公式サイトまたは学生用ホームページでお知らせいたします。

Osaka Gakuin University's measures to prevent the spread of infection in response to the requests of Osaka Prefecture

   Osaka Prefecture has decided to further extend the State of Emergency. We will extend our response period at OGU to June 20st to align with the extension to the State of Emergency. There will be no changes to the content of OGU's response regarding classes and extracurricular activities.

   Here at OGU we have been conducting lessons centered on face-to-face classes and also remotely, however in response to the Osaka Prefectural Government's requests, from 19/04/2021 to 20/06/2021 we will further our efforts to prevent the spread of infection of COVID-19 with the following measures.
   We would ask all students and related parties for their understanding and cooperation.
   Please note that depending on the state of COVID-19 infections in the future there is a possibility that this period or these measures may change.

1. Admission to Campus
   Unnecessary and non-urgent entry to the campus is prohibited.
   However if you wish to use MELOP, computer classrooms, etc. on campus while doing distance classes we will allow entry to campus providing that you: have your body temperature checked, disinfect your hands, put on a temperature check wristband and fill in your details (name, time, purpose) at the sign-in book at the stations at each of campus entrance points.
2. Classes for the 2021 Academic Year (1st semester/1st term)
   During the period of 19/04/2021 - 20/06/2021 classes will not be conducted face-to-face. In principle all classes will be conducted using online methods.
   Please go to OGU-CaddieOGU-Caddie to check how your classes will be implemented.
3. The use of Campus Facilities
   On-campus facilities (MELOP, computer classrooms, library) will be open from 9:00 to 17:30, aligned with the class schedule. In addition, pocket Wi-Fi and laptop computers (limited to on-campus use) can be rented from MELOP.
4. Extra-curricular Activities
   In principle club/circle activities are prohibited in this period.
   However, for groups that participate in league sponsored official competitions, club activities will be permitted after confirming the policies of the league, with the minimum number of people only, and with an instructor always present to ensure safety.
5. Code of Conduct
   We urge students to take action to prevent the spread of infection.
   We sincerely hope that each student will continue to act with a high level of awareness and consideration.

   Please only eat in groups of 4 people or less and wear a mask when not eating.

   （2）

   Please do not go out to restaurants after the time designated by the shortened business hours.

   （3）

   Please refrain from welcome parties/farewell parties.

   （4）

   Please be conscious of your health and carry out body temperature checks every day. If you have cold symptoms such as fever, think you have an illness, or have close contact with a person you feel may be sick, please go and see a doctor to get a medical examination.

   （5）

   Try to avoid environments with a high risk of infection.

   （6）

   Please keep in your mind and regularly practice "wearing a mask", "washing and disinfecting your hands", "social distancing".
