6月20日で緊急事態宣言が解除され、6月21日（月）からはまん延防止等重点措置が適用されることが決定したことに伴い、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大防止に努めるため、6月21日（月）から下記のとおり対応いたします。
   学生、関係者の皆様におかれましては、何卒ご理解いただき、ご協力いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
   当該対応については、今後の新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大状況により変更する可能性もありますので、予めご了承ください。

1. キャンパスへの入構について
   キャンパスへの不要不急の入構は禁止とし、入構制限を行い指定されたゲートのみ開門いたします。入構の際は、各入構管理場所において体温確認・手指消毒を行い、検温済証明リストバンドを装着してください。
2. 2021年度 前期ならびに第2タームの授業について
   6月21日（月）からの2021年度 前期ならびに第2タームの授業は、対面授業と遠隔授業を併用して実施します。
   対面授業は、3密（密着・密集・密接）を避け、使用教室の収容定員の配慮や授業時および入構時のガイドライン等を徹底します。
   授業実施方法等については、各授業科目のOGU-Caddieを確認してください。
3. 学内施設の利用について
   遠隔授業の受講環境として学内施設（MELOP、パソコン教室、図書館）を授業時間に合せて9時00分～17時30分まで開放しています。また、ポケットWiFi、ノート型パソコン（学内での使用に限る）をMELOPで貸出します。
   20号館は、10時30分～18時30分までの利用を再開します。
4. 課外活動について
   クラブ・サークル活動は、安全確保を最優先に「課外活動に参加できる学生の条件」および「許可される課外活動の活動条件」2つの条件を満たし、活動再開を許可された団体から順次活動を許可します。
5. 行動ガイドライン
   学生の皆様には、感染を拡大させないための行動を強く求めます。
   引き続き、学生一人ひとりが、高い意識と自覚を持って行動することを切に望みます。

   4人以下でのマスク会食を徹底してください。

   （2）

   歓送迎会を控えてください。

   （3）

   体温測定、健康チェックを毎日実施し、「発熱等風邪の症状がみられる場合」「罹患の疑いがある場合」「疑いのある方と濃厚接触があった場合」は通学をせず、検査を受診してください。

   （4）

   感染リスクの高い環境を避けるようにしてください。

   （5）

   「マスクの着用」「手洗い・手指消毒」「身体的距離の確保」を心掛けてください。

   一人ひとりが自覚ある行動をとりましょう！

   ※新型コロナウイルス感染症に感染した場合、感染の疑いがある場合は、学生課（保健センター）まで必ず連絡してください。

   今後も感染拡大の状況の推移により変更が生じる場合は、公式サイトまたは学生用ホームページでお知らせいたします。

Osaka Gakuin University's response to the lifting of the State of Emergency

   With the State of Emergency being lifted on June 20th, and the decision to install COVID-19 Prevention Measures from June 21st, Osaka Gakuin University will be proceeding as described below in order to help suppress the rate of COVID-19 infections.
   We would ask all students and related parties for their understanding and cooperation.
   Please note that depending on the state of COVID-19 infections in the future there is a possibility that these measures may change.

1. Admission to Campus
   Unnecessary and non-urgent entry to the campus is prohibited, and entry is restricted to designated gates. When entering campus please have your temperature checked, disinfect your hands at each entrance, and wear the wristband that certifies that you have had your temperature checked.
2. Classes for the 2021 Academic Year (1st Semester/2nd Term)
   From June 21st, 1st Semester/2nd Term classes will be conducted in a combination of face-to-face and remote methods. In face-to-face classes please avoid close contact environments, consider the capacity of classroom and thoroughly follow the guidelines for classes.
   Please go to OGU-Caddie to check what will happen with your classes.
3. The use of Campus Facilities
   On-campus facilities (MELOP, computer classrooms, library) will be open from 9:00 to 17:30, aligned with the class schedule. In addition, pocket Wi-Fi and laptop computers (limited to on-campus use) can be rented from MELOP.
   Bld. 20 will be open for use between the hours of 10:30 and 18:30
4. Extra-curricular Activities
   Club/circle activities will be allowed providing that they keep a high priority on ensuring safety and that they follow the conditions of "Requirements for student participating in extra-curricular activities" and "Requirements for permitted extra-curricular activities".
5. Code of Conduct
   We urge students to take action to prevent the spread of infection.
   We sincerely hope that each student will continue to act with a high level of awareness and consideration.

   Please only eat in groups of 4 people or less, and wear a mask when not eating.

   （2）

   Please don't take part in welcome parties/farewell parties.

   （3）

   Please take care of health and carry out body temperature checks every day. If you have cold symptoms such as fever,, or have close contact with a person you feel may be sick, please go and see a doctor to get a medical examination.

   （4）

   Try to avoid environments with a high risk of infection.

   （5）

   Please keep in your mind and regularly practice wearing a mask, washing and disinfecting your hands, and social distancing.
