We conducted the 'The TCSOL/TESOL Summer 2023 Certificate Program in Osaka' in collaboration with the Center for International Foreign Language Teacher Education (CIFLTE) Teachers College, Columbia University.

From July 17th to August 4th, 2023, individuals from countries throughout the world gathered at Osaka Gakuin University to take part in this unique and rigorous three-week certificate program. The program is designed to encompass a wide range of topics, including a focus on task-based language teaching, allowing participants to gain both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to be effective Chinese and/or English language instructors. This year's program was particularly special as it was our first time hosting the program in Osaka, Japan since the start of the pandemic in 2019.
