Dear Toru, Happy to receive the new newsletter.
Congratulate you on the effective promotion of TRIZ in Japan and outside by editorial activies of "TRIZ Home Page in Japan". Your efforts on this website is respected by all people I met then by now.
On the 13th Anniversary of "TRIZ Home Page in Japan" we will prepare a Birthday Cake for our TRIZ meeting this Wednesday and wish you and all of your colleagues in Japan especially JTS managers and members years of health and happiness.
Best wishes, Mahmoud

Dear Toru, You remember that in 2005, IIITS has organized and held “PSST conference” in Tehran. PSST comes from “Problem Solving Strategies and Techniques”.  In the conference your video presentation played and we received many positive feedback about it.
After couple of years and because of several reasons like more trainings, generating case studies, promotion on TRIZ and also passing away of late Prof. Salimi this year the conference will held again.  Our partner university is “Iran University of Science and Technology" (http://www.iust.ac.ir/home_en.php) and several other academic and non acadmic organization collaborated this year too.  PSST 2011 will hold on December 25 and 26.
Our desire is inviting some of the best TRIZ known experts like you to Iran for this event and have you here by person, but by now the budget constraints did not let us to supports our respected guests.
Thinking to the possible solutions this request is our desire and have higher priority:
1/ invite you to join the scientific committee of conference. ...
2/ preparing for a short presentation and making a camera record version of the presentation. ...
...
Thanks in advance for your kindness and reply. Best wishes, Mahmoud

Nakagawa's replies to Mahmoud Karimi (Nov. 1, 2011)

Dear Mahmoud, Thank you for your warm message. The Birthday Cake in Iran will be the real first Birthday Cake for the Home Page, because I have never made one yet for these years.  Thank you so much.  Best wishes, Toru

Dear Mahmoud, Thank you for your message and invitation to your PSST2011. I have just arrived in Dublin, and am accessing to my university's email server, fortunately from my room.
Your plan of PSST2011 looks nice, and I wish you a big success on it. Unfortunately I have an appointment to give a lecture on TRIZ in front of many faculty members of NAIST, a national university in Japan.  Considering my situations this year from now on, I would like to accept your suggestion #2 alone. I remember I made a video presentation last time in PSST2006,  and I will prepare a video talk this year again. ... Best wishes, Toru Nakagawa

  Message from Xian-yong Zhou (Oct. 29, 2011)

Dear Prof. Nakagawa: I have receieved your mail, and I will visit your website at once. In my opinion, "TRIZ Home Page in Japan" is one of (if not the only) best website(s) about TRIZ and systematic innovation in the world, and it is impossible to be so successful without your effort. Thanks very much!   Regards,  Xian-yong Zhou

  Nakagawa's reply to Xian-yong Zhou (Oct. 29, 2011)

Dear Mr. Xian-yong Zhou,  Thank you so much for you messages and encouragement.
As I wrote in my message 'On the 13th Anniversary Day of "TRIZ Home Page in Japan" ', I want to make my site a 'Public Web site' by accepting contributed articles written by various people. Could you please write a communication about your TRIZ related activities in China?  We still do not have enough information about the TRIZ situations in your country.  With best wishes, Toru Nakagawa

Message and an article from Xian-yong Zhou (Oct. 30, 2011)

Dear Pro. Nakagawa:  I have received your mail, thanks. Let me introduce the TRIZ situation in China to you briefly.  ... [Text of an article] ...Thanks again for your new information about the 7th Japan TRIZ Symposium!  Regards, Xian-yong Zhou

  Nakagawa's reply to Xian-yong Zhou (Oct. 31, 2011)

Dear Mr. Xian-yong Zhou, Thank you very much for your note on the recent situations of TRIZ in China. It is very informative for us.  May I ask you for some more favor?
(1) Could you allow me to post your note (or its revised version, if you desire) as a communication from China in my Web site "TRIZ Home Page in Japan"?
(2) We can understand your note in English of course, since you write it fluently, but we cannot identify names of people, cities, universities, etc. in English. We Japanese rather prefer those names in Chinese Characters (modern or old). Is it possible for you to write the note in Chinese?  I will post the two language versions in my English pages, and Japanese translation in my Japanese page. ...
Thank you for your inviting me to your 4th Cross-Strait Symposium on the Innovation. But I cannot attend it because I have an appointment on the day to give a talk at Nara Advanced Institute of Technology.
Thank you for your message again. ... Best wishes, Toru Nakagawa

Message and an article from Xian-yong Zhou (Oct. 30, 2011)

Dear Prof. Nakagawa: I have added the Chinese name of names, cities and universities in the minor-revised version of this note, and I have translated the note into Chinese just below the English version, too. Please see them in the attachment. You could post the note in your Website of course, and it's my pleasure. ... Regards,  Xian-yong Zhou
