Editor's Note (Toru Nakagawa, Feb. 6, 2019)
I notice the importance of recording official letters and announcements for organizing the WTSP project and building the WTSP Catalogs (in some non-personal forms). Such records will help present and future WTSP Members, Invitees, Contributors, and even Readers, to understand the policies, processes, efforts, significance, etc. of the WTSP project and its outputs.
Thus, this page includes [WTSP] Letters issued in late November and December, 2018.

Hello, I am sending this WTSP Letter (M) with BCC to the WTSP Members and “Members to be” (who have stated the will to join WTSP (by signing in the Membership Application sheet at TFC2018 or else by email communications so far) but have not yet submitted the WTSP Membership Application Form).

(1) WTSP Paper presented at ETRIA TFC2018:
"World TRIZ Sites Project (WTSP) for Building and Maintaining Catalogs of Global TRIZ Resources”
(WTSP Global Co-editors: Toru Nakagawa, Darrell Mann, Michael Orloff, Simon Dewulf, Simon Litvin, and Valeri Souchkov)
TFC2018, Oct. 29-31, 2018 at Strasbourg, France.
Full paper (19 pages), Presentation slides (17 slides), and Summary slides (8 slides).
The Summary slides (8 slide printed in a sheet on both sides) are the most concise and illustrative document of WTSP at moment.(2) Quick Reports of WTSP at ETRIA TFC2018 (Toru Nakagawa)
45 persons newly signed in the WTSP Membership Application sheet to join WTSP. Welcome!
With about 70 Members (to be), our WTSP is starting a new stage of organizing WTSP team in every country and describing TRIZ- related sites one by one.(3) WTSP Plan is set concretely with a time schedule:
Target: "To Report the Completion of the World WTSP Catalogs (2019) at ETRIA TFC2019 (in October 2019)"
For achieving this target we should do at moment:
Dec. 31, 2018: Formation of WTSP teams in every country
Mar. 31, 2019: Completion of Country WTSP Catalogs in every country for open reviewing;
First draft of Categorized World WTSP CatalogSee more detail in the ‘(A1) Policies’ page.
(4) WTSP Letters (5M) were sent to Members and Members to be, and WTSP Letters (5I) to TRIZ leaders for invitation.
Reporting the recent activities (1)(2)(3), Members are encouraged and (non-Member) leaders are invited to organize WTSP teams and to start the actual work of describing TRIZ-related sites.
(5) WTSP Letters (5C) were sent to Members and non-Member leaders in each country to introduce them to form the WTSP team smoothly.
Results of the Preliminary Internet Search for over 33 countries individually are already shown in the ‘(A6) Outputs’ page: https://www.osaka-gu.ac.jp/php/nakagawa/TRIZ/eTRIZ/eWTSP/eWTSP-B2-News2018/eWTSP-News2018-PreliminarySearch-180919.html
You will find the results very noisy and insufficient.
But actually they are the best information for any TRIZ beginners to obtain with ordinary Internet search.
WTSP Catalogs are going to provide much better information on TRIZ sites to people.(6) Up-to-date information on WTSP activities are posted in the WTSP pages inside THPJ.
A lot of information are already posted, please take a look at them.
(7) Anybody who volunteers to work towards the aims of WTSP is welcome.
Please encourage your colleagues and friends to join WTSP.
