Q:  What is the intention of the dual pillars of WTSP Catalogs of 'TRIZ Sites' and 'AROUND-TRIZ Sites' ?

     A:

Since we are working with TRIZ originally, it natural for us to build the WTSP Catalogs of TRIZ Sites.
And we want to have wider views of not only the Classical TRIZ but also Modernized TRIZ extended in various directions and in various forms.  Application fields/phases of TRIZ have evloved from technologies to

Q: Michael Orloff (Germany) ==> Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 18, 2019     Q: Forms for Manuscripts of WTSP Catalogs

Dear Toru, I have several questions to continue my work. Thanks for the answers in advance. Michael

Dear Toru, Yesterday I tried to understand the practical actions and have got some troubles.

First questions:

Next question:   Should I send the letters of invitation to the authors (owners) of web-sites to ask them to send me (or to you) the manuscript with their web-site description?

Last question: are these two forms the main tables for WTSP now?

A: Michael Orloff (Germany) <== Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 18, 2019    A: Process and Forms for preparing the WTSP Catalog manuscripts

Dear Michael, Thank you, Michael, for your valuable questions.

There are many issues, I noticed, which are related to
      (a) working process and forms,
      (b) instruction documents,
      (c) details of formats,
      (d) inconsistency/incompleteness in my examples, and
      (e) more delicate issues we have to consider.

I started to write answers to all your questions, but I decided to answer you quickly to guide you effectively.

(1) You (and Russian WTSP Team) are at the initial stage of listing up recommendable Web sites.
Thus you should fill in the Form of 'Recommended Sites'   .

Fill in it at the level you can do quickly with the information you already have.
And send the list quickly to Nikolay, Simon, Valery, and me.

(2) Then we should send the Form to many TRIZ experts who speak and work in Russian language, and ask them to add any recommendable web sites in the same Form.

Michael, could you please send this email from you with the senders names of Michael, Nikolay, Simon, Valery, and (CC: Toru). We need to get the approval of these 4 persons. If we cannot get quick replies from them, we should put their names just in CC (assuming no objections from them). We should send the email to Russian-speaking key persons and ask them again to join WTSP.

(3) Then we should send emails to all the site owners in the site list to introduce their own site by filling the Site Description Form:

This form has the column of Evaluation. So the owner is asked to evaluate his/her own site in the World view.
Site Code is the unique number given to the site in the List of Sites.

For filling this Site Description Form, we should send the information of "Multiple Sets of Indexing Schemes"
'Roles of site' is one of such indexing schemes. In our World WTSP Catalogs we are going to arrange many sites by classifying with this categorization.

In my examples I have some inconsistency.
I should use (a2) (b1) etc. in place of a2-, b1- etc.
The (a)(d) (a)(b) etc. in the site description example are the old forms, I should replace them with new codes.

(4) The site descriptions in my example were written by myself. Such description is appropriate in the cases when we can't ask the site owners or when we write for ourselves without positive replies from the site owners.

The arrangement and forms of description of individual sites are not the matter.
Some of them may be written in the standard form, some others in relaxed form, or even missing.
They are just referred to see the sites.

(5) The Index Table is important for making the Indexes (or Table of Contents) of the whole Catalogs.

Using the information gathered in (4), we should make this Index Table at the final stage.

The sites in the Catalogs are sorted/rearranged in various ways.
Site code is kept for each site and has the hyperlinks to jump to read the individual site description.

------
I think I have answered to almost all your questions.

The biggest question is to find the Country/Region Editor for Russian speaking people. We should have multiple Country/Region Editors.

Best wishes, Toru

Q: Michael Orloff (Germany) ==> Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 19, 2019     Q: Table of Sites

Dear Toru, check please beginning of the table 1. Is it OK?
And it would be better to correct something from the very beginning because this all is a very big work :((
Michael

A: Michael Orloff (Germany) <== Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 19, 2019      A: Table of Recommended TRIZ-related sites

Dear Michael, Thank you for your working for the Russian sites.

I think you are trying to do the work of the 3rd stage even though you are at the first stage.

I copied initial part of your data into the Form for the first stage. See the Excel file.

The data to be shown here at this stage may be simpler.
The items not shown in this table are to be described by the site owners. You should ask them to fill in the Site description Form.

Best wishes, Toru

Q: Michael Orloff (Germany) ==> Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 19, 2019    C:  Table of Selected Sites (in a combined format)

Dear Toru, I have a doubt to do such work in the future twice or more with filling of 1-st stage of table, 2-nd, 3-rd etc.

I propose to combine now two column for "Owner" and "E-mail" in one more full table if it will be possible to find and ask each owner through the contacts at the web-sites to send us their right e-address.
Look please at my new version of the Table 1.
I plan to send immediately to each web-site next line e.g.

And to do it as soon as possible for one week maybe.

A: Michael Orloff (Germany) <== Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 19, 2019      A:  OK, Go ahead.

Dear Michael, I understand your points.
Please go ahead as you think best for your situations.
Thanks. Toru

Michael Orloff (Germany) ==> Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 20, 2019      C:  Have sent the Table to the site owners

Q: Michael Orloff (Germany) ==> Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 22, 2019      Q: A List of Sites in Japan written in English ?

Dear Toru, do you have such table (below) as for Japanese web-sites but for all the English sites?

Best to you, Michael

A: Michael Orloff (Germany) <== Toru Nakagawa     Jul. 22, 2019      A: No.  Just sort the Table in respect to the Language.

Dear Michael, I don't have.
We should sort the files of this table with respect to the Language column. You can have sites of "jp, en" easily.
Best wishes, Toru
