http://www.osaka-gu.ac.jp/php/nakagawa/TRIZ/eTRIZ/

[1] TRIZ Promotion: WTSP Paper: "World TRIZ Sites Project (WTSP) for Building and Maintaining Catalogs of Global TRIZ Resources" (Toru Nakagawa (Japan), Darrell Mann (UK), Michael Orloff (Germany), Simon Dewulf (Australia), Simon Litvin (USA), Valeri Souchkov (Netherlands))
Presented at Japan TRIZ Symposium 2018, on Sept. 13-14, 2018 at Nakano Sun Plaza, Tokyo.

Outline:  Introduction and background, Proposal of WTSP, Building Japan WTSP Catalog, Current state and difficulties in WTSP, Findings with Japan WTSP Catalog.

Message is: "Many Wonderful TRIZ-related Web Sites - we already have in Japan ! Why don't you take a look and utilize the WTSP Catalog of TRIZ-related Sites in Japan. Let's work Together ! Connected !! We will be able to learn much more soon with the WTSP Catalogs of TRIZ-related Sites in the World !!!"

[2] WTSP Working Material: "Preliminary Internet Searches of TRIZ-related Sites in Various Countries" (Toru Nakagawa)

Preliminary Internet searches of TRIZ-related sites in various countries have been carried out. On the basis of experiences in Japan, the search engine Yahoo!.Japan is used with the option of showing only one representative page for a site and a command URL for the internal search of the site.

Specifying the location country and appropriate languages, preliminary Internet searches were carried out for the countries UK, France, Italy, Germany, Russia, Korea, Australia, and USA.
The search results are docummented in MS Word and posted openly. The search will be extended on request.
Covering useful sites as widely as possible and introducing the sites individually by actually visiting them are the important tasks for the WTSP Project. Such work can best be done by the TRIZ colleagues in each country. I hope the Preliminary Search is useful for starting such activities in your country.
Let's work Together ! Connected !!
Best wishes, Toru

Toru Nakagawa ==>  100 TRIZ Leaders/Colleagues in the world    WTSP Letter   Sept. 25, 2018

Thank you very much for your devotion to develop and promote TRIZ and related methodologies all over the world.

World TRIZ Sites Project (WTSP) is working to build Catalogs of TRIZ-related Web Sites of individual countries and also of the whole world. Introductions to many excellent and active Web sites in the topics of TRIZ and related methodologies must be helpful not only for TRIZ beginners but also for practitioners and experts. Standard theories, new development of methods/knowledgebases/ software tools, case studies and accomplished results, conferences and traing seminars, etc. etc. are all useful information for many people.
In Japan, I have made a Catalog of 92 useful sites. Two thirds of them are found new since 10 years ago. Almost all of the sites post their articles only in Japanese, but they are unique and valuable in many ways in Japan.
In various countries there must exist many more excellent sites, from which we all can learn much. Such Catalogs can best be built in each country in their own language by the TRIZ colleagues in the country.

For triggering such a work, I have just carried out Preliminary Internet Searches of TRIZ-related sites in various countries. Please take a look at the Table attached here in .doc . By clicking the image (while pressing CTRL) you can see the actual results of the Internet search in a .doc file.
How many TRIZ-related sites do you expect in your country? And how many written in Arabic language? -- 55 sites found !! Even though I cannot read them at all.
Please see more detail in "TRIZ Home Page in Japan". Could you please start a WTSP team in your own country and work Together ! Connected !! with all the teams in various countries over the world?

Looking forward to hearing from you, Best wishes, sincerely, Toru

Toru Nakagawa ==>  100 TRIZ Leaders/Colleagues in the world    WTSP Letter   Sept. 28, 2018

Sorry for bothering you again.

I have extended further the Preliminary Internet Search of TRIZ-related Sites, and resulted the survey of over 33 countries. Please refer the table in the attached .doc file and then download the search results (in .doc files) of your own country by clicking the [Engl] image while pressing the CTRL key.

What do you think ?
Is the search result useful for TRIZ beginners and users in your country ? -- Maybe NO, unfortunately.
Don't you think you, yourself, can guide such people much better to the sites on TRIZ and related methodologies ?
Would you please make a Catalog for introducing TRIZ-related sites in your own country to such people ? to your students, colleagues, users, customers, etc. ?

Looking forward to working with you Together ! Connected !! Best wishes, sincerely, Toru

Toru Nakagawa ==>  8 TRIZ Leaders in Germany   Sept. 25, 2018

How are you? We hope you are fine and active.

We would like to ask you for your collaboration with us in WTSP (World TRIZ Sites Project).
I have just sent to you (and other 100 TRIZ leaders) an email [WTSP: World TRIZ Sites Project] Letter (3): Preliminary Internet Searches of TRIZ-related sites in various countries.

I am attaching here the MS Word file of the result of Preliminary Internet Search of TRIZ-related sites in your country. Would you please form a WTSP team in your country and build the WTSP Catalog of your country?
If you have any questions and suggestions, please tell us. Best wishes, Toru

Robert Adunka (Germany)  ==> Toru Nakagawa and 8 TRIZ Leaders in Germany   Oct. 1, 2018

Hi Toru, most of the links are of no use, because they link to articles, blogs or seminars.

You already have a good list of people that you send the email to. I think the best would be if you just include the homepages of these people, because they are the most active in TRIZ in Germany. All the other links are just noise that does not really help a lot. Somebody that searches for information should turn to these first.

I tried to go through all the links and commented on your list and deleted the entries that fall under one of the categories above.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Robert Adunka

Toru Nakagawa ==>  Robert Adunka and 8 TRIZ Leaders in Germany   Oct. 1, 2018

Thank you very much for your response.

I took a glance of the commented list.
As you see: The Preliminary Internet Search shows so much noise, and yet fails to list up many important sites. And there appear some sites by people who are not known well but working and publicizing in the field related to TRIZ.

Could you please work to edit a Catalog of TRIZ-related sites in your country?
Introductions of 3-10 lines for each site, depending on their importance, may be appropriate for the Catalog. Please write in German first (for people in your country) and then in English (for people in the world).
(In cases of active and excellent sites, some detailed introductions (of 1-2 pages in A4) may be attached in PDF with a hyperlink in the Catalog.)
Best wishes, Toru

Dear Toru, Your work will be useful not only for my students but it is also for me personally.
Thank you very much. Good luck, Bohuslav

Toru Nakagawa ==>  Bohuslav Busov   Oct. 1, 2018

Dear Bohuslav: Thank you for your response.

Could you please edit a WTSP Catalog of TRIZ-related sites in Czech Republic and Slovakia ?
The Preliminary Search I sent you is quite insaticefactory, I think.
Please list up important sites and describe introductions to them in your own language (for people in your country) and in English (for people in the world).
Best wishes, Toru

Shireen Al - Jaouni (Palestine)  ==> Toru Nakagawa    Oct. 2, 2018

Dear Sir; No bother at all, it is privilege to me to work with you.
First of all, I would like to thank you for sharing TRIZ-Related sites which are very useful for beginners and users especially in my country as there is no awareness of TRIZ methodologies.

Apparently there is an error in the links of Arabic sites as shown in the attached photo, so I do appreciate if you resend them to me to share.
Your continuous supporting and cooperation will be highly appreciated; Together ! Connected !!
Best Regards; Shireen Al - Jaouni

Toru Nakagawa ==>  Shireen Al - Jaoun    Oct. 3, 2018

Dear Shireen, Thank you for your message.
I don't know the reason of failure of links for some of the sites.
I have made a second trial of the Preliminary Internet Search in Arabic, as attached here in MS Word. Hope it works.
Best wishes, Toru

Anatoly Guin (Russia)  ==> Toru Nakagawa    Sept. 25, 2018

It is not very clear why this is needed?

Anatoly Guin    CEO "TRIZ-profi" “Education for a New Era” Chief Scientist & Vice President

Nikolay Shpakovsky (Russia)  ==> Toru Nakagawa    Sept. 28, 2018

Dear Toru, thank you for your work in TRIZ spreading.

It was very interesting to analyse the list of TRIZ sites.

But I dont find our web sites, first of them GENERATOR. The web site exists in two languages:
Russian   http://www.gnrtr.ru/     English http://www.gnrtr.com/

One more web site is Target Invention.
Russian   http://www.target-invention.ru/    English http://www.target-invention.com/

Maybe the information would be useful for you. Thank you. Best regards Nikolay

Toru Nakagawa ==>  Nikolay Shpakovsky    Oct. 1, 2018

Dear Nikolay, Thank you so much for your response.

The Preliminary Search may be interesting to some extent but is quite unsatisfactory as you have found. It is a pity that your excellent sites are missing in the list. There are many more important sites the search missed to list up, while showing many pages of less importance, I am sure.
(In the similar search in UK, Darrell Mann's site is missing.)

I cannot read Russian. Could you write an introduction of your own site in Russian (for people in Russia) and in English (for people in the world)?
5-10 lines for a site may be appropriate for the Catalog. (And 1-2 pages in A4 for a site may be nice as a full introduction attached in PDF to the Catalog.)

Such introductions need to be gathered (or described and edited) in Russia for all the sites of significant importance. How many such sites exist do you think?
Looking forward to hearing from you and your colleagues, Best wishes, Toru

Toru Nakagawa ==>  Anatoly Guin and 9 TRIZ Leaders in Russia    Oct. 1, 2018

Dear Anatoly, thank you for your comment on Sept. 25 and am sorry for my late response.
      > It is not very clear why this is needed?
      > Анатолий Гин Anatol Hin,  CEO "TRIZ-profi" “Education for a New Era”

I personally know and respect your activities at "TRIZ-profi" and "Education for a New Era". But many people who are interested and working in TRIZ might not be familiar with your activities, particularly people in the world outside of your country.
Internet searches in English most probably miss your sites, under the flood of noises.

So in the WTSP Project we are going to make Catalogs of excellent TRIZ-related sites in various countries and also in the whole world. We would like to introduce them with brief yet appropriate notes of individual sites to the people in public. They may be unfamiliar yet to TRIZ, or are beginners, users, practitioners, or even experts in TRIZ. WTSP Catalogs should be handy and useful guides for all those people to the wealth of TRIZ.

Such Catalogs should be built in each country first, because of the language barriers and of the need of appropriate background knowledge.

TRIZ people in the world want to learn much from the current activities and knowledge of TRIZ in Russia, the TRIZ mother country. So we heartily hope your cooperation with all the TRIZ people in the world in the WTSP project.

With best wishes, Toru

Note (Toru Nakagawa, Oct. 18, 2018):  This posting, all in Japanese and partly in English, was announced to Japanese readers but not to the readers abroad.  Here is the introduction to this posting, shown in the top page of "TRIZ Home Page in Japan"

"TRIZ Home Page in Japan" has been publishing all the papers presented by Toshio Takahara since 2003, resulting 47 papers in total for these 15 years.  This 4th Collection covers all the 11 papers published by the author from 2016 to 2018 in relation to TRIZ in a wider sense.  Most of them are written in Japanese and some in English.  All the documents are posted here in PDF with links, and some of them are posted in HTML pages as well.
The author is trying to think over everything radically, generally, and systematically for building his original system of theories.  Thus he defines/re-defines various concepts and terms, which make his theory not easy to understand for readers at first.  For getting introduced, you may read the introductions (or Editor's note by Nakagawa) to the the Collection (1)(2003-2007) , Collection (2)(2008-2012) , and Collection (3)(2013-2015) of Takahara's Papers.

"A Working Research Note on Philosophy (2018)" is written by Toshio Takahara in Japanese for the purpose of describing his system of theories as closely as possible.  Because of its big volume (over 80 pages), it is published here in four parts besides a top page.  Abstract written by the author in English (in 5 pages) is posted in HTML  and in PDF

Concept of Radical Enumerable Thinking (RET) and Contradictions (especially the Contradiction of Unity) are his main methods for investigation.  His up-to-date understanding (in Mar. 2018) of these concepts are described in Part 1 and Part 2.
Then in Part 3 he writes, Objectization (= analysis, seeing objectively, individualization, liberty, criticism, etc.) and Unification (= synthesis, taking subjectively, integration, love, modesty, etc.) should be used repeatedly, hierarchically, with nesting, etc. for the purpose of Resolution of Differences (i.e., problem solving, task achieving, etc.).  And it forms the basis of our ways of living, he says.  He also writes often about the importance of understanding the overview of human history (and its significance), such as the significance of the beginning of barter, and of agricultural revolution and industrial revolution as energy revolutions.
In its Part 4, he writes a preparatory discussion on post-capitalism.  The author describes his various insights clearly.

Elena Guin (for Anatoly Guin) (Russia)  ==> Toru Nakagawa    Oct. 16, 2018

Dear Toru. We are sorry for the late response.

We really respect your plan, we think this is a great idea.

Unfortunately, given our employment at the moment, we are not ready to take responsibility for compiling a catalog for Russia. This is a very big job, taking into account the fact that there are a lot of TRIZ websites in Russia now, and many of them are not of high quality. TRIZ has now become very popular. There are several large and good sites / projects, including ours. We can make a description of our projects for the catalog.

Best regards, Elena Guin     Manager of Creatime project, Anatoly Guin 's assistant.

Toru Nakagawa ==>  Anatoly Guin and 9 TRIZ Leaders in Russia    Oct. 18, 2018

Thank you, dear Anatoly and Elena Guin, for your message on Oct. 16:

I understand somewhat (i.e., only partially) about the large number of Web sites and projects related to TRIZ in Russia. It must be a big job to build the WTSP Catalog in Russia, and is worthy of carrying out the job for the TRIZ community not only in Russia but also over the world, as you know.

We need to find practical and effective ways for achieving the job, step by step. Here are some suggestions, adjusted for your country:

(a) You, in Russia, certainly have various information documented already about Web sites and projects, such as:
       - List of TRIZ Masters and Experts registered in MATRIZ.
       - Lists of TRIZ colleagues and their email addresses and Website URLs, recorded and used by many of you.
       - Lists of TRIZ-related links posted in various Web sites.
If you, 10 or 20 TRIZ leaders in Russia, submit such information to some place (e.g., sharable documentation folders in the Internet, a group of people of a mailing list, an open Web site operated by one of you, etc.), then you can have reasonable lists of TRIZ people, TRIZ Web sites, and TRIZ projects, etc. in Russia.

(b) Please describe an introduction of your own Web site (and project) (in Russian first and then in English), and make it open to the 10 or 20 TRIZ leaders and to the people in the list (a).
In this step, you may have discussions what kind of introduction of individual site is useful and appropriate for the WTSP Catalog. (Free format description in 5 to 10 lines may be reasonable, and in 1 to 2 pages in A4 may be useful too as a PDF document attached to the Catalog.)
A sample of descriptions of 20 Web sites (of your own) may be useful for other TRIZ experts listed in (a).
It is important that individual Web site owners and project leaders understand the merits of posting the introductions of their Web sites in the WTSP Catalog, which will be open and recommended to all people in Russia and over the world.

(c) Then you should try to cover valuable and useful Web sites related to TRIZ in Russia as widely as possible.
At this stage, recommendations of sites from various people, including beginners, users, and experts in TRIZ, may be accepted.
Internet searches may also be useful for finding new and emerging sites/projects/promoters. (We need to understand that the results of such Internet searches are messy with a flood of noises, and yet such results are the usual sources of information obtainable by ordinary people not so familiar with TRIZ. )
Then you should advise owners of such useful Web sites to write the introductions to their sites.

(d) In this manner you, TRIZ leaders in Russia, can collect descriptions of quite a large number of Web sites for the WTSP Catalog for Russia.
At this stage you need to edit the Russia WTSP Catalog for keeping its quality as a whole. Web sites which post useful information with high quality should be documented in the Catalog with reasonable balance. Descriptions in exaggerated and advertizing styles should be suppressed. This can be done by mutual reviewing.
In this stage, some Editor(s) should take the responsibility for finalizing the Russia WTSP Catalog. This must be done in each country, i.e., inside Russia in your case.

(e) We are expecting to revise/update the whole WTSP Catalogs every 2 years. We will be able to improve the WTSP Catalogs step by step with such updates. In this sense, the initial edition of the WTSP Catalogs may be unsatisfactory in some aspects. We can improve it in later editions.

We should appreciate it very much if you, TRIZ leaders in Russia, would consider about the above-mentioned suggestions and start the WTSP project in Russia, Together ! Connected!! with voluntary TRIZ leaders in the world !!!

Looking forward to hearing from you again, Best wishes, sincerely, Toru Nakagawa
